For Noemi Corpuz, public safety starts in the neighborhood. Families should feel safe walking their streets, visiting parks, sending their children to school, and living without constant concern about homelessness, blight, or ignored quality-of-life issues.
As a nurse, mother, and neighborhood leader, Noemi understands that safety is about more than statistics. It is about whether residents feel heard, whether problems are addressed, and whether City Hall follows through.
