As a nurse, Noemi has spent her career listening to people, understanding their concerns, and responding when help is needed. As a mother and neighborhood leader, she knows residents deserve that same level of care and follow-through from their city government.
 

Too often, residents report problems, attend meetings, ask questions, or raise concerns, only to feel ignored. Noemi is running to make City Hall more responsive, accessible, and focused on the everyday issues residents actually face.
