Noemi is a proud Oxnard resident of 20 years who worked hard, paid her own way through school, attended night classes, and built a career caring for families as a nurse.

As a neighborhood leader, she has worked with residents on everyday issues like potholes, tree trimming, weed abatement, excessive taxes, homelessness, and neighborhood safety.

Now, Noemi is running for City Council to bring practical, compassionate leadership to Oxnard and make City Hall work better for residents.
